Mr. Araya is a founding partner of Araya & Cía. With more than 15 years of experience advising the main agro-export companies in Chile and Peru in all matters related to International Commercial Law and Agricultural Law. He is a specialized arbitrator of the Fruit and Vegetable Dispute Resolution Corporation (DRC) and Director of the Produce Marketing Association (PMA) Chile Council. The prestigious British publication Chambers & Partners has recognized him as a “Leader in his Field” three years running.

Ms. Olalquiaga is a graduate from the Universidad del Desarrollo (2008). Constanza is a part of the International Trade team at Araya & Cía from 2016, and deputy head of the area from 2019. Her experience is mainly focused on the drafting and handling of international contracts, which is an essential service in agribusiness exports. Her previous work experience was in the private sector specifically in the areas of Intellectual Property and International contracts.
